Ingredients:
- 200 grams paneer, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan and saut├й the onions until golden brown.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chilies. Saut├й for a minute.
3. Then add chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy.
4. Now add all the spices - turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala.
5. Mix the spices well and add salt to taste.
6. Add paneer cubes and mix well, then add 1/2 cup of water.
7. Cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes until the masala coats the paneer nicely.
8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
